In 1976, the company was founded in Ghent and started up assembly and installation of constructions and piping. Years later, it was split into two companies. Sadel nv specialized successfully in sales of stainless steel tubes, bars, plates and accessories.
SE-industries nv located in Eke continued to develop the initial activities and embarked on a new course of ‘turnkey projects’.

In the 80’s, the company distinguished the turnkey projects part from the construction workshop by assigning different tasks to SE-Contracting and Enerco. In 1995 TIA revived and the consulting role of our engineers gained importance ever since. With the start of the new millennium, the company made important investments in machinery and expanded within the industrial zone ' De Prijkels- E17 '.
